Is it illegal?

Is it illegal to pay a website to do your homework? I told my sister its plagerism if you use someone elses work? She said she would just use it to use notes off of.
Answer:
It may not be illegal, however it is unethical and would likely violate your school's academic integrity policy as this is cheating/plagiarism.
no its not lol, ever heard of such a silly law?
people pay each other all the time to do homwork,
so whats wrong with paying a site to do it?
I don't know if it is illigal, but I am pretty sure that is cheating.
It should be. The fact that you pay someone means a legit transaction is taking place. Plus plagerism is more along the lines of copying or claiming someone's stuff without their permission. If your butler did your homework for you that would be perfectly fine as long as he agrees to it.
Illegal? No. Unethical and a breach of academic honesty? Yes.

You are guilty of cheating whenever you present as your own work something that you did not do.
You must trust your sister!
If it used as educational it i okay; however, if it be used in actual exam is cheating.
It is against school rules, they can fail her for it.
